French Car Show 2012 Ticket Information

This years show is being held at an all new venue:-

Donington Park
Castle Donington
Derby
DE74 2RP

which is being held on Sunday the 17th June 2012

The last 4 years we've been attending FCS we have had well in excess of 100 cars each year. We're set to go all out this year making it even bigger and better. With the success of last years joint Renaultsport club area, we are now doing the same again this year, with the "RenaultSport Village" Still joining forces with Twingo133.net and Clio197.net.

The "RenaultSport Village" village is set to be in the trade area, separate to other car clubs.

Just some of this years attractions, including:-

∗ Prestigious Circuit – used by FIA World Touring Cars, BTCC, Formula 3, World Superbikes, 24 Hour GT Endurance
∗ Drift taxis and free attractions/games with prizes (Rodeo bulls etc – Bunge challenge etc)
∗ Trade master classes – free option
∗ Trade show cases – free option
∗ Rolling Road

Entry tickets this year have remained the same as last year at £14.95 per person booked before the event, this includes a car stand pass. Children under 14 are free this year.

Same as last year, im keeping it simple again in the fact that there are two ticket options to choose from. A standard ticket or a VIP Ticket.

Standard tickets are £16.95 per person, this includes an entry ticket and a car stand pass. PLEASE NOTE, this price includes Paypal fees and P&P and recorded delivery.

VIP tickets are £24.95 per person and includes an entry ticket, car stand pass and Hospitality all day. This also includes a goody bag.

Im still working on the contents of the bag, but im hoping no one was disappointed with last years !

Hospitality this year will be slightly different.

Renault are again supporting us, but the bus we've had over previous years has been decommission with no replacement. There will be a unit of some sort but nothing like we've had previously. We have been promised a garage, which will provide some undercover facilities. Im looking along the lines of maybe doing a BBQ this year round.

Hospitality will consists of:-

Unlimited soft drinks all day. Including Tea & Coffee.
Breakfast bap & Lunch, with crisps and snacks available throughout the day.

Track time is available this year. Im keen to make it dedicated, but for this we need to get 30 cars. The slot is for 15 minutes and is at a cost of £26.09, which covers the £1.09 Paypals fee.

why would you order tickets from this forum after all the membership pack issues?
tbf Dave who seems to e dealing with the fcs tickets Is a good person to deal with I've had dealings before and always been ok so I would have no problem on that front.
the membership is now the responsibility of someone else I believe.

Thanks for the responses folks. Id like to think the last 6 years ive been organising Meganesports and now Twingo133 and Clio197/200 sites attendance at FCS will count for something. B3rry, as you've been here 5 minutes, i guess you wont spend the time researching that !!

As the other members have stated, i no longer look after the membership side of things, yet im now sorting it, despite it no longer being my responsibility.

Getting back on track, Mark is promising a really good event this year !
