Just wondered how many miles people have on their 225??

I'm just wondering how well they last when they've done a few miles. Do they develope rattles etc?

Mines got just over 10000 and it's running fine

Mine on 34,000 now it's got a few rattle and squeaks nothing major though engines nicely run in now no major problem there either :wink:

The biggest problem you will very get with the car is the dealer :twisted:

Yeah Renault dealers are certainly a 'fun' bunch!!

What I found with my local place is that they are perfectly willing to help but just let down by poor procedures and absolute monkeys as mechanics!! :twisted:

alex how far is the blackheath dealer form you, they are a good bunch of lads there.

Its a bit of a mission from where I live.

I'm literally 5 minutes from the Renault Dealers on the Brighton road so its easier to go there.

Fortunately unless I have any warranty issues it won't need a service for two years coz I'm only doing about 5000 a year in it.

13500 in 13months, not one mechanical problem and never been back to the dealer A few sqeeks and rattles from the dash, especially when cold but not unexpected

1400 miles since 14/12/05... No major noises. Can get a bit rattlly on really shite roads - especially under acceleration (cup suspension) but I can put up with that! On the whole a quiet car.
