My dream car does not exist....but if it did...

Id look like a Alfa Romeo GT (with a blood-red leather interior - including the dash!)
Id have the chassis of an Integra Type R (but RWD), the steering of an Elise R111 and the sure-footedness of a Scooby WRX
Id have the engine of a Honda S2000 (the best designed in-line 4 in the world)
Id be as reliable as a 2005 Toyota Carina/Corona
Id be put together like a 1995 Mercedes E500 (W124 platform) - Co designed and assembled by Porsche
Id make the noise of a BMW in-line six with a K&N air filter and AC Schnitzer exhaust
Id have Lexus Customer Service
And the ass of a 225 Meggy!!!!

What would yours be?

you need a job   too much time on your hands,

i would just settle for my megane with the sound of the merc SLR  and the engine infact, and the wheels of the new ford S-MAX in 20s with lambourgini brakes all round, ( largest in the world )

that will do me,

oh and a 2000w harmon kardon sound system
belive it or not a guy on briskskoda.net has bought some lambourghini galardo breaks for his fabia vrs from ebay !! lol 8pot calipers alone were £1500 apparently it stops so fast from 100 it feels like the engine is gonna pop out

dream car

Already got it.
No, not the Migraine, an E-type.

OK it doesn't handle as well as it used to - lots of worn and deteriorated rubber in the undercarriage, and it is quite well worn inside. But the engine sounds like it should power a propeller driven aircraft, it is rear wheel drive and can be steered on the throttle. And with chrome wire wheels it is the dogs bollocks.

Of course the Migraine is quicker, but in 20 years time, I'll still have the E-type and the Migraine will have been broken for its component parts.

Chris.
I want a 225 with no creaks, rattles or squeaks. and also 4wd with a 67-33 rear-front power distribution. and of course some more power. 300 should be enough for now.

A 2005 Carina/Corona... is that like a Toyota that's gone out on the beers?

Quite simply my ideal vehicles are:
An Enzo as my toy
A Disco as my off-road (new model)
An Aventine as my Family Car
An FQ300 as my day-to-day car

But I'll settle for the 225 :)
