Keycard batt low even with new batts

The car dashboard display says that keycard battery is low even though i've just installed a new batt. Remote hands-free lock/unlock have stopped working, but manual press button lock/unlock still work.

Any ideas?

i have this sometimes that it comes up that the key card battery is low. i just ignore it lol
