I know a few others here use Madeley Heath and I dont think anyone has a bad word to say about them. They are quick to respond, helpful and always greet you on first name terms whether you were in there a week ago or six months ago. Just goes to show what a bit of customer service can do for you :)

I take it back, the swines stitched me up today  . Took the Meggy in to have a steering coupling changed and they laughingly handed over the keys to a Modus courtesy car..........whats courteous about a Modus :? Still the Meggy feels much more positive steering wise and lightning quick :)

The 225's in for 1st service today with Madeley Heath and I've got a diesel clio as the courtesy car. Better than the Modus but still a complete shock after the megane!

As said above though, I've had no problems at all with Madeley Heath, nice family run feel to the place and they treat you well, even though i didn't buy the car from them :)
