There is a "hinge" kit you can buy for around £300.00 but putting them in and I am not sure if they will handle the weight of my doors they are really heavy.

Yeah I was thinking that might be a bit over the top.

Next little project will be installing an amp, speakers and a tablet as a replacement for the radio

I had a look and found the dash too curved and not wide enough for the iPad but the iPad Mini however that would fit just fine.

I found a Samsung one which is 7" wide is perfect.

Yep. Good fun.

Surprised how flat the car remains in the corners. Plus more stable with the roof down.

Yea, was my first time. At first I was trying to get the hell out of the way as RS were catching up to me like lightning but after a while I got used to it and can report back one thing, with the roof down it makes one feel super brave in the corners.

I think I could have gone faster in the corners but chickened out plus I like my car too much to have unnecessary accidents.

All in all I really enjoyed it, not sure if I would go on a normal day with lots of cars, but will defiantly do it again sometime.
