yeah john so i have heard but i have 182 and have several clio sports but i will asve on finance and insurance so can put of with fuel bills and i don't do many miles anyway and use only £20 a week anyway, i think i'll go for this one and save up for the works kit like matt says 200bhp :lol:

I'm not a big fan of their styling but interior wise they are really nice and the build quality is really good.

My Ex's dad bought one from new and it was mint but for £18k with a reasonable spec I'd still rather have a 182 though as I still feel the Mini Cooper-S is overpriced.

The Cooper S just doesn't quite cut it for me! 0-60 in 7.4secs! ! ! Will admit that they look good but the only one i would consider would be a works model.

thanks for your input guys decided not to get it after a test drive yesterday, too slow and something really annoying under the steering column above your clutch foot kept hitting my fut every time i chnged gear and a bit too small so back to square one.
thinking bowt audi s3 now i cant make my mind up
