Yes mate, they are more than likely sprayed. Just a can of red spray paint, quick coat and your done.

the spoilers on ours are just stuck on i think, so if you do remove it the boot will still be sprayed underneath

How did you do it?

i used a paint stripper gun to warm them up and a pair of long nose pliers and just pinched the side of the letters and pulled the off, left hardly any sticky bits, wat it did leave i just got some white spirit and just wipped it off
