For those interested, took a few pics today, nothing fancy just phone photos.
Basically,
- snowfoamed with magifoam
- wheels cleaned with EZ Detail brush and SmartWheels
- car washed with megs shampoo plus
- entire car and wheels then iron-x (for those who dont know what this is it's used within the claying process to pull out all the crap you cant budge/see after cleaning. if it turns purple it means its found contaminates and it slowly drags them off
- car then snowfoamed again and rinsed
- car then clayed - bearing in mind this is after a clean and ironx there was still quite alot of crap! mostly on the roof (as per pic)
- car snowfoamed again after clay and then dried with ultra plush drying towels
- whilst my mate then started machine polishing i sealed the wheels with poorboys wheel sealant and went about doing the door shuts, boot and all curves and lower trims with AutoFinesses tripple (polish, glaze and wax in one) - AWESOME stuff!
- unfortunately we were cut short as the pads died out/gave way so we then went about sealing with wax from collinite by hand mainly for durability through winter.
here are a few pics:
