Hi All,

Have a White 250 Cup on order.

My current Civic has a built in factory reversing camera (really for the wife’s benefit as the rear visibility is so poor, in fact her first comment on sitting in the car was I can’t see out the back!!)

Just wondering if anyone has toyed with the idea of adding a reversing camera to the RS. I know it has parking sensors but they won’t save you from unseen nasty’s !!

I was thinking of either the number plate surround type (no extra holes to drill to hold camera possibly just run the wire through the number plate light) and a small 3.5 inch monitor which could go behind the gear stick in front of the tune point sockets.

Any ideas would be welcome.

I wouldn't let her drive the car to be honest

There's side mirrors to look for 'hidden' nastys before you turn in, and parking sensors. Plus there's always common sense if your stuck!

Sounds harsh but true.

Yeah was looking at double din type head units but dont really fancy them although they are good with built in everything, think it would spoil the dash if you could fit and then its some thing else to worry about getting blagged by dodgy people.
