Have a feeling I have seen this posted before but cannot find the thread.

I have found that in the mornings or when the car has been stood for a long time the revs hunt on tickover for a bit before settling at around 1000rpm.

Is this problem or just how the car is?

just how it is I think m8 all my cars have been like that, the 225 sometimes hovers about 1500 before settling down to its lumpy idle lol

Yeah mine does it aswell mainly after a cold night after a min or so it settles

think its a common thing on the 225s, my old one did it as does my new one

Yep happens with mine too!

I think the 225 has an over sensitive auto choke.
