I'm planning on putting the 2.0T engine out of an R26 into the CC, fed up with it looking like a scooby slayer and not going like one. I want to get Ktec to have a play with the engine before it goes in to give it maximum power.

What do you guys think of this, it would have the brembos, limited slip diff the wheels and everything just need to find a crashed one

That fella was doing it to a saloon.

The standard 2.0 engine, changed the internals, turboed it and hes now running 300bhp.

How would the CC chassie handle that power I wonder?

Yeah it's not the best chassis but it's strong enough it would be something a little different especially if it gets the hybrid turbo and the works!

It's not as bad as they make out in reviews, yes it's more of a comedy handling car but so long as you aim for the straights I don't see why it would be too bad

Maybe it would be a good idea to get some uprated dampers and springs for it while it is in?

Yeah I'm hoping all the front suspension will fit straight on, the cc shares most of the same parts so it will be simple. I'm going to talk to RS tuning about a few options, even considering putting the V6 engine in that they do, depends if it will fit. The only aim is to make it as unique as possible.

Yeah very good idea. It will be unique, highly tuneable, but not so cheap :/
