Toomey Fantastic, Holden complete pants

My clutch pedal was playing up while I was near Norwich so I called into Renault Holden. Girl on reception very polite, service centre usless @rses. Could not even be bothered to spend 1 minute looking at the car to say if it was a major fault or something they might be able to fix quickly. In the end the receptionist came out to look that my mats were fitted correctly, unfortunately she knew nowt about clutches.

As car was still drivable I phoned "my local" Toomey Basildon while driving back down the A11 who immediately booked car in. When I got there it was 5pm so I did not think they would want to hang around but they did the full detail taking checked the car over externally. Mentioned that they have known this to happen to other models but v.rare for a 225. Gave me contact details and said would sort it 1st thing tomorrow. I phoned them next day & was told it was the clutch return spring that had popped out of place, now sorted car ready to collect. I picked up car following day, not only was the car all sorted. They had also cleaned it & got info on the types of bike racks that can be fitted to a 225 as I requested. They were busy as hell but still managed customer focus.
