car went to the garage today to have the door sensor replaced (drivers side), the reason being that the car would not open unless i used the fob.
my father had a day off so he took the car as i was working, anyway they replaced the sensor and the handle now opens but they found out that it doesn,t unlock when u put your hand behind the handle so they put it on the computer and the computer said the car thinks its a 5 door and cos there is no doors at the back it see,s it as a fault and dissables this function .
they tried to sort this problem but couldn,t so they are seeking advice from the head reno to see how to fix this.
i didn,t know thats how the sensor works , i have always pulled the handle twice to open it

pull the handle twice :?:
i alway put my hand down the back of the handle first but do it quite slow till i here the click then open, never had to pull it twice
