Hello,

I'm going to order soon the Injen cold air intake.

Someone already placed this item?

Try not to post the same thread multiple times.

Not heard of anyone using that manufacturer. According to their website, these are made in the US. I'd be nervous of using a product developed in a country that the 250 isn't sold into. How have they tested it? Is it a bespoke system? Is it just another universal kit

A member on here has had a bespoke system designed by Mulgari in the UK. Just waiting for the pictures and results. Personally, I'd wait to see how that went first.

Injen's products are mostly only for Japanse cars.

I don't know what kit you're going to order, but I highly doubt you can use an universal kit (does Injen even have universal kits?). I see all their kits use steel piping, so I doubt you'll ever be able to fit a kit.

It's a waste of money cooling air feeding a turbo when you are just heating it up again, any decent tuner will prove that to you.
Shorten the tract to reduce the pd losses definately, but spend the money in improving the intercooler/aftercooler.
Basic engineering.

Heating? How?
The air filter is located as low as possible in front of front left wheel, air taken from under the bumper.
Such a CAI make wonders, every user will tell you that.
Maybe you should look up what C.A.I. means?

here are the first pics of the mulgari one on my car and i will be at FCS for those wishing to have a look and ask questions
intake temps are down ,i drove it back from mulgari last night and all i can say is WOWWWWW midrange acceleration between 2500 - 5000 rpm is awsome and a great sound, not to loud but when you put your foot down its great , exhaust seems to pop and bang a little bit more, the fit of the kit excellent and well finished, once mulgari are happy with the kit they will work out a group buy price .
This will only happen once all testing on road and dyno is complete and they are happy with the results
im testing it for the next couple of weeks then will post results
It would be good to hear your comments at fcs as if there are parts you don't like they could maybe , be altered before the kit goes to production
I will start a thread in the tech part of the forum with more details
