Bleed bolt on the thermostat housing (its the one that sticks out) and another one on the top heater matrix hose. Open both of these and fill via the header tank until you get a continouns stream out of both then close the circuit and run the car up to temperature letting the fan kick in and out 3 times. Then fill the header tank to the max mark.

Officially thats sufficient to degas the system but you'll find that the level in the header tank will drop the next couple of times you drive the car as all the air will work its way out.

 

The bleeding info above is really good, Im want to change my coolant so was wondering if anyone give me any advise on where i can drain the system from Please

 

Drop the bottom radiator hose off, then split the thermostat body and flush through the block and the rad with a hose pipe.
